All classes are currently held on a virtual studio, to be accessed from your own space. Since instruction and guidance is personalised for each individual need, sessions are on real time only and not prerecorded. 

Before you join the group, we’ll start of with an introductory call to help understand your needs from this program. 

The emphasis on group class is to inspire and be inspired, creating a sense of community. Smaller groups of 7 to 10 students only for comfort, approachability and ease of adapting quickly.

None at all. These sessions are open to beginners as well as moderately experienced. With timely one on one follow ups the goal would be to nurture your practice sustainably toward longevity and wellbeing.
